when i get to filter, i need an option to exclude people so if i need to check only people applying from Egypt, i need to mention the country and see whoever applied (not from egypt) to be able to exclude them by sending an email

Agreed. And like LinkedIn, it would be great to include an option of rejecting all candidates outside the country of advertisement.
