so i have a lot of vacancies and interviews everyday and in the evaluation form i add the next step lets say rejected or send assessment or whatever. can we have a filter so when i'm shortlisting i can choose the rejected filter and send them the emails? since it's not doable to send rejection in the same day of the interview. also, it'll help in saving a lot of time in opening each candidate profile, evaluation and see what step should they be in since it's a process with a timeline (same goes to sending an assessment, arranging a manager's interview and so on)

what do you think of that? and I am actually discussing with my product team and tech team, whether we can let you control the Evaluation criteria? would it be easier to replace " yes, no, strong yes , not sure" to action key words, like the one you use? what do you think?

Users can evaluate either at the end of evaluation form or from the candidate profile.. The system will calculate an average and will display it in the list, and filters like below. so you can filter by percentages and take actions as needed whether to send an email or tasks.
