Make assessment/evaluation downloadable inside candidate profiles

Hiring managers should only see requisitions relevant to them.

Add a validation rule so users cannot select a start date earlier than the job posting date. (when candidate is hired)

Add ability to upload attachments to candidate profiles (contracts, portfolio PDFs, letters).

Option for candidates to update application details

so i have a lot of vacancies and interviews everyday and in the evaluation form i add the next step lets say rejected or send assessment or whatever. can we have a filter so when i'm shortlisting i can choose the rejected filter and send them the emails? since it's not doable to send rejection in the same day of the interview. also, it'll help in saving a lot of time in opening each candidate profile, evaluation and see what step should they be in since it's a process with a timeline (same goes to sending an assessment, arranging a manager's interview and so on)
